Return and Cancellation Policy for TeeZy Brand

At Teezy, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products — especially custom-printed apparel — certain restrictions apply.
1. Return Eligibility
A. Custom-Printed Products (Personalized Tees, Hoodies, Joggers)
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for any custom-printed items unless:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- Once an order is printed and shipped, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
B. Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items
- Can be returned within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In sellable condition
2. Non-Returnable Situations
- Custom printed items (with your own design/text)
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
- Items with signs of use, damage, or washing
- Any item purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged)
3. Delivery Delays
- Teezy is not responsible for courier delays once the product is shipped.
- If delivery is delayed by more than 3 days, no refund will be provided.
- Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the tracking number provided after dispatch.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong item sent
- Damaged product received
- Quality issue confirmed (with photos provided)
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for ready-made items (within 3 days of delivery)
- No exchanges for custom products
- Shipping charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return/refund
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Wait for approval from our support team.
- Once approved, return the item to the address we provide.
- Refund or exchange will be processed after product inspection.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order (for non-custom items only).
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and sent to production.
- To cancel, email us at [email protected] immediately with your Order ID.
Return Address
We will share the return address via email once your return or exchange request is approved.
